    Welcome to our online plant nursery! We offer a wide variety of plants to everyone and you select your Ship Week..

    • Plant information and care are provided in the Plant “Overview” section, Genus Planting Guidelines and general information are provided in the Planting Care & Guides. Questions can be asked on each Plant page.
    • Perennials are shipped as potted plants, or perennial roots packed in peat. as noted in the Plant “Overview” section and Page Title. See our Container Sizes and Bare Root Perennials pages for more information.
    • You select the Shipping Week, please ensure that plants purchased are suited for the planting time, Zone, application and conditions.
    • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Google and Venmo. The account is charged upon order placement.
    • Store Credit may be redeemed at Check Out.
    • Ship Week you requested is displayed in Check-Out, and in your order confirmation email. Plants typically may be reserved up to a year in advance.
    • After the order is placed, order confirmation will be emailed.
    • Shipping confirmation with FedEx or UPS tracking information will be emailed upon order shipment.

    • Orders scheduled to ship immediately may not be able to be changed or canceled once the order is placed. For orders scheduled to ship later, we request a two-week cancelation or change request prior to the start of your ship week, at the latest. Any request submitted within a week of your ship week will not guarantee cancellation, depending on the Order prep time required.
    • Free shipping on most plant orders, with exceptions due to state regulations or distances.
    • Planning is important! Choose your preferred shipping week when you add each plant to your cart, subject to availability.
    • Our specialized boxes, packing material and decades of shipping experience help keep your plants safe during their journey.
    • Track Your Plants: Once plants are shipped (typically Monday to Wednesday), we will email the tracking number with delivery updates.
    • Arrive Alive Guarantee: We guarantee your plants will arrive in good condition. In some cases, we may carefully trim them before packing to optimize their health during shipping.
