National Public Gardens Week is a celebration of our nation's public gardens. The goal is to expose more people to public gardens and show the importance of building vibrant, relevant gardens committed to community enrichment and environmental responsibility.
We believe these public gardens are vital, especially when times are tough. Some gardens are open and celebrating the week with social distancing measures in place. Others are choosing to observe the week online through virtual tours, videos, and photos. Even if you can't visit in person, you can experience public gardens across the country. We encourage you to support them however you can. Check NPGW.info to see who is participating and how.
