Trailing phlox, fragrant, light lavender flowers atop a dense carpet of needle-like evergreen foliage. Flowers emerge early winter through late spring with blooms lasting 2 to 3 months.

Native of eastern United States. Use in rock gardens, along paths, at foundations, hillsides, and at the edge of beds or low walls (for cascading effect).
