SUGAR AND SPICE Tiarella

Part to full shade.
Shiny, lacquered, deeply dissected leaves are lacy with a heavily marked center in summer and winter. Spring brings an abundance of lightly fragrant flowers, frosted pink with a white interior.
Habit: Clumping to slow trailing. Mature Size: 12 inches width, 8 inch height, 13 inch flower height.
Tiarellas perfer woodland conditions: humus-rich, moisture retentive soil and dappled to full shade. If properly sited, they will keep their nice foliage all winter long, shedding it only when the warmer days of spring arrive. Tiarellas may be deer resistant.
